💛From the Heart:
A Note for You
Parenting is tough.
Taking care of ourselves — even tougher.
Some days, it feels like no matter how much we do, it’s never enough.
Whether it’s cooking a healthy meal, planning a surprise, working all day and coming home to more work… and let’s not forget being present for our spouse, too — it’s a lot.
And in those moments when:
the meal was a disaster,
the kids won’t go to bed,
and that BIG project is still untouched…
You may wonder:
“Does anyone even notice what I’m carrying?”
The answer is: YES.
You are seen.
You are loved.
You are appreciated.
So keep showing up.
Keep bringing the best version of yourself each day — even when it feels small.
Because your gift to your family is God’s gift to the world.
